Problem with Transitional Masks
There are two types of masks that are popular in the current market: the traditional surgical mask for standard use and N95 for superior protection. However, both of these solutions are not ideal. Traditional surgical masks do not offer reliable protection against respiratory particles due to their poor fit, unlike N95 respirators, which are uncomfortable, expensive, and unsustainable for daily use.

Flandra Labs is working on a solution so that everyone can have affordable superior protection during this pandemic. And our answer is MorphMask, a surgical mask modifying device. It works by transforming the shape of the traditional surgical mask to mimic the N95 shape, which significantly reduces the leakage around the side of the mask, subsequently improve the performance of surgical masks.

As mentioned, we’re concerned about every person’s daily wearing protection during this pandemic period. Morphmask can easily fit into any place, whether it is a small corner in an apartment, an entry of a local restaurant, or a stand in the staircase. All it needs is a plug, two surgical masks, and a few seconds of processing time.
